Kelly Canyon

This out of date, wood-filled ranch house was given a remodel with a less is more approach to the aesthetic. The scenic setting was the priority, so pine boards were replaced with smooth, modern walls. Organic elements such as the white oak floors and doors were left nearly untouched to express their natural beauty and contrasted by refinished concrete floors and modern fireplaces. The result is an open – concept plan that is fresh and modern.
