Designed as an urban retreat, this high-rise residential project draws inspiration from organic forms, natural materials, and a relaxed California lifestyle. In purposeful contrast to the surrounding Los Angeles cityscape, the design emphasizes warmth, texture, and connection to nature throughout its shared amenity spaces, including the lobby, movie theater, disco-inspired speakeasy, and expansive outdoor lounges.

Through a carefully curated blend of refined and casual elements, we created a unique residential experience that feels both elevated and inviting. The result is a memorable property with a strong sense of place, setting it apart in the market.
